have you found a picture of your perfect body?
have you taken a picture of yourself?
Have you put both pictures on your fridge?
have you stocked up your kitchen cupboards with high protein foods such as cous cous, quinoa, bulgar wheat etc?
Have you bought leafy green vegetables and fresh fruit for your fridge?
Have you got your tape measures ready?
Weigh yourself first thing in the morning. keep all your measurements and weight and food diary as well as your exercise regime in a book for your record.
Once you have done all of the above YOU ARE READY!!!
As soon as you wake up you will need to weigh yourself and take your measurements.
Get your partner or friend to do your measurements.
stand with your arms out to the side, take the measurements at the biggest part of your bicep
Then measure your chest. Wrap the tape measure around your waist and join at the belly button.
Keep your feet together and measure the widest part of your hips.
step your legs apart and measure one thigh again at the biggest part.
