Cut out white bread from your diet just for 30 days. You will find that you will be less bloated. Replace bread with ryvita or wholemeal wraps or rye bread. Make them exciting, smoked applewood cheese, red onion and chutney or cream goats cheese, avocado, prawns, rocket, a squeeze of lemon, salt and black pepper. YUM!
