How are you getting on with all the workouts? My apologies for the technical hiccups I have had, I am new to this so you will have to bear with me. We are nearly half way through our 30 day challenge. Keep up the good work, try push yourself a little harder, maybe you want to do 50 seconds instead of the 30 second workouts or you may want to keep doing more rounds until you have dona an hours workout. Or you may want to increase your weight and bring the time down. Change it up. My video is just a base for you to work on. Be adventurous, take some risks, see results!!
