Unfortunately there is no video today or tomorrow, just a list of the exercises as I am not very well and been told to rest.
If you are not sure of the exercise, just google it and you should get a video of it.

Set your timers to 50 seconds exercise, 10 seconds rest, 2 rounds.

* SQUAT JUMPS
* SQUAT PRESS WITH HAND WEGHTS
* SQUAT JUMPS
* DIPS ON A TABLE
* SQUAT JUMPS
* TRICEP EXTENSIONS (LYING ON A TABLE, HOLDING WEIGHT WITH BOTH HANDS, ELBOWS NEXT TO YOUR EARS, BEND ELBOW AND EXTEND)
* SQUAT JUMPS
