Get ready to start your challenge on sunday 9th March. Everyday from the 9th March to the 9th April I will be posting a 15 minute workout for you to do. Weather you only do 15 minutes or keep going for an hour, the choice is yours.
Get your kitchen cupboards ready, throw out any junk and sugary foods, sweets, chocolates, biscuits, crisps!! Be cruel to be kind.
Find a picture of the body you want, this is your inspiration and motivation. Now take a picture of yourself stick it on the fridge next to your dream body! Everytime you go to the fridge it will be staring at you.
Write down 3 things you want to achieve from this 30 day challenge. Read it every morning and before you go to bed, these are your goals.
