Aiken bodies runs a variety of fitness classes for mums & little ones in Chelmsford, Essex. The classes are designed to help you lose weight, burn fat and tone up. See explanation of classes below. If you are not one for classes and would like a more personalized approach, 121 personal training is also available.I specialize in pre and post natal training, weightloss, core strength & stability and rehabilitation.
Personal training is done 1 on 1 or in groups. Weekly food diaries are monitored, nutritional advice given, a full body MOT is done every 4 weeks to track your progress which involves weight management, body fat, BMI and measurements. You will also be emailed your program for your records.
BUMS, LEGS AND TUMS
This class is excellent for toning your muscles and getting your pelvic floor and stomach muscles stronger. If you have a little baby, you use them as resistance instead of using weights so, the older and heavier the baby, the harder the class. If you have a toddler, we encourage them to join in the class.
This class is a cardio based class guaranteed to get your heart rate up. Its a great stress release and lots of fun. Its great for weightloss, fat burning and toning.
MUMS DAILY HIIT
This class is a combination of bums, legs and tums and bootcamp. Its a high intensity interval training class. It gets your heart rate up whilst toning at the same time. You will also BURN FAT up to 48 hours after the class. Its a great all rounder.
